Need Help with presenting multiple Pages on single Dashboard
Posted June 25th, 2008 by A.Akinwumi
I have been battling with how to present multiple pages on a single dashboard. I have a worksheet that shows me different charts arranged by Pages. When I add the worksheet to dashboard, it only shows me the very first page. Now I need to be able to show/arrange different pages from the same worksheet on the same dashboard.
Help.

Unfortunately pages can't be manipulated in a dashboard. We are looking into how best to enable use of the page shelf on dashboards, so this will get better in the future. For now, there are some workarounds that I'll point out for you.
The simplest thing is to duplicate the worksheet multiple times, and put each copy on the dashboard. This makes things a bit cumbersome if you change the sheet since you'll have to do the work multiple times, but it will let you do what you want. In order to get each sheet to show a different page on the dashboard, visit each sheet and right-click on the field on the page shelf and select Sort.... choose the 'manual sort' option and move the member to the top that you want that sheet to display on the dashboard. Note that you should set up all the sheets, then put them on the dashboard.
